Where Do We Ship?
We Ships to most countries and regions worldwide and will provide you with the tracking information after your order ships out. 

When Will It Ship?
-For your stock orders, please allow up to 1 business days of processing time for your orders to ship out.
-For your custom orders, it takes 2-3 business days(avg) to be processed.

How long is the delivery time?
- Stock orders: Delivery Time = Processing Time (within 1 business days)+ Shipping Time
- Custom orders: Delivery Time = Average Processing time (within 2-3 business days)+ shipping time 

Standard Shipping Time: 5-7 business days
Rush Shipping Time: 2-3 business days

*Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.These are estimates based on the time it took for majority of orders to be delivered. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g., weather changes, but please be assured that HYI will do our best to minimize any inconveniences that may arise.

What shipping methods do you offer?
The orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS, and other carriers, depending on your location. We have multiple shipping options available for you before payment so you can receive your order as fast as possible.
*Of course we can also provide sea shipping if you need it.

Can I ship under my own account?
Yes, please provide your UPS etc. account number to your sales representative when placing your order.

What is the cost of shipping?
Depending on the order quantity.We have long-term cooperation with DHL, UPS, etc., so we can get good price on the freight.and save you money.(The shipping fee displayed at checkout or the shipping fee calculated by the sales consultant for you shall prevail.)

Can i cancel my order?
- For stock designs, You can cancel your order before shipping, If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
- For the custom designs, You can cancel your order before production, If the item has already been produced, the order cannot be canceled.

Address infomation
Before you place your order, We recommend double-checking your shipping address to make sure it is complete and correct, as later changes may result in additional charges. If you have misspelled , simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info@hyifashion.com, If the address is wrong, we can correct this before shipping.

Tracking my order
- A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible, which you will be able to track from ‘Track Order Details’.
-A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.
